46. Nice meme, but I don't think Melania is doing much "running the country"

She doesn't live at the White House, and she spends more time with her son (who's currently going to school) than she does with her husband-in-name-only. If anyone is helping Chump run the country right now, it's probably Stephen Miller. And we don't need to seen any more photos of him.
