Trump claims he's the "chief law enforcement officer" and as such he has absolute authority to order anyone in the DOJ to take any action, and if they refuse, to fire them. So he can effectively order our government to pay him any amount of our tax dollars that he demands. And there's nothing we can do to stop it.
