Years ago, when he was beginning to build Trump Tower, he bought the building that had housed the high-end department store, Bonwit Teller. The facade of the building was an Art Deco masterpiece that Trump agreed to preserve. But in the middle of the night, his workers tore it to pieces. In spite of this gross contractual violation, Trump skated from any consequences and his ugly building now stands on Fifth Avenue.

True to form, Trump lies about the height of the building. He claimed his building was something like 60 stories but it was actually only 50. There aren’t floors in the 20s! He wanted his building to be taller than the GM Building a few blocks south of his POS. Pathetic.

Typical bullshit lying behavior.
