5. If TSF dropped dead tomorrow, I imagine the situation would resemble

when my father dropped dead.

I was unaware that he entered a contract to totally re-do his master bathroom in the house. But I found out when I returned home from the hospital where my father was pronounced.

I walked into the bedroom and the first thing I saw was the toilet in the middle of the room. That didn't belong there . . . . And I continued into the bathroom.

I almost died of shock. No floors, no walls, no ceiling and a hole where the shower used to be. It was a wreck.

I had inherited a house with no master bathroom and no money to restore it in order to sell the house.

I didn't sleep well that night.

About a month later, the Will was read. At least my father left money in the Estate to pay for ANY expense having to do with repair and maintenance of the house for a year.

I found the contractor and begged him to step up his game to return the master bathroom within a matter of months.
And he did.

I can only imagine a gaping hole that's rimmed with destruction where the East Wing used to be if TSF died before it's completed.
