The 3 of them handled different aspects.

trump found them, Maxwell groomed them, Epstein sold them.

I also believe they had a boss, telling them who to target for blackmail purposes. If not, then they took "orders" from various big wigs wanting dirt on someone and the 3 Pedoteers made it happen. I also believe some of their victims never made it off the island alive.
