My relative w/kidney disease was prescribed Farxiga after a heart valve replacement. 4-5 months in, severe almost uncontrollable incontinence started. Although another diuretic was being used long before adding it, with FARXIGA, the bladder seemed pushed over the edge. That and, as you say, the scary potential crotch rot led to asking the doctor not to prescribe it anymore. The incontinence problem has returned to normal after stopping it.
