...I would suggest not wearing underwear under your night clothes. Lots of people wear underpants and pajama pants/nightgowns, which is entirely unnecessary. Our nether regions don't get a lot of ventilation, and a little airing out is a good thing. Nighttime is the right time for this (unless you live in a nudist colony - )
