Seriously, wtf does that?

Wondering if the ordinance mishap could've been related to the squeaky tank at slobby's parade?

And thinking of how humiliated the sleezebag pos is since he is always trying to measure up to other dicKtators. Not only an ordinance blunder, but amidst many millions protesting against him worldwide.
