This is the sitting President of the United States of America.

This is behavior that would get a 10 year old suspended, and a 15 year old expelled from school. This would end the career of a 30 year old.

But the 79 year old POTUS. He's sitting on his high horse, turning the USA into the laughing stock of the world.
