No matter what speed, what driver is going to call 911 on a speeding fire engine? You can be asked to take a drug test if you do.

So. Finds slide rule. 60 miles is 1 hour at 60 mph. 40 minutes is 2/3 hour so speed needs to be 3/2*60, or 90 mph. Still damn fast. I dunno what they're rated for. Clear sailing.
