110. Where do you draw the line?

At free coffee. Not a latte or cap. Never a muffin or croissant. Just Coffee. I was also authorized to give coffee away to the homeless and indigent at the 2 independent shops i worked. One of the cops at my second coffee shop job(a big black guy named Donald if you can believe it) was the only cop to regularly tip for that free coffee. At a different job as a bartender OTOH cops were NEVER given ANYTHING free. Not even a soda.
