2. We don't hate America

Think about this.

republicans told us if they didn't get their way they'd exercise their Second Amendment rights. IOW, Bang, Bang!

What Democrats, non-trumpian republicans, and independents are doing in the No Kings March this Saturday is exercising our First Amendment rights of Free Speech. To quote the First Amendment:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

There's a reason the Founding Fathers put the First Amendment rights before the Second Amendment. It's because affirms the right of the people to openly express their beliefs without repercussion from the government or those in power. Control of religion, speech, and the press was what the King of England and the rest of the ruling families in Europe did. It's what the dictators and wannabe dictators today try to do.

I'll be at this Saturday's No Kings March in San Diego. It'll be my second demonstration ever and I want to be sure to exercise my First Amendment rights.
