No one stays that thin without some metabolic disturbance and the concomitant psychological/physiological effects.

Also, I have experience with diagnosed schizophrenic patients who have had plastic surgery to fix their faces because what the see in the mirror is affected by their visual hallucinations.

She's scary. Exponentially so as a "person of authority" in her position. But then aren't they all in the current crop?

We're in a heap of trouble.
