could establish that the individual, having met the terms established by the court for the current hearing, has standing to not be otherwise removed or detained by ICE. And that judge could, by Order, remove any standing for ICE to intervene in the individual's case. And with that, ICE could and would suffer the penalties of the court, should they violate said Order.
