No I think the only way to be sure will be if he is William Wallaced right after that happy naturally occurring moment is announced.

What does it say about a "man" when probably tens of millions of people throughout the world are anxiously waiting for that moment. A moment so momentous that we should be concerned that we may knock the world off of it's axis from so many jumping for joy simultaneously.
The sooner, the better.
