His latest health issues happened the past few months. He was apparently near death, and this article is odd, to say the least. His daughter is quoted here:

Fuller added that he had been suffering from symptoms of neuropathy and weakness for the last few years and his condition worsened after Peterson cleaned out his late father’s basement earlier this year.

“We don’t have a better explanation for his neurological symptoms at the moment other than spiritual attacks,” she said.

Fuller noted that they were unable to communicate with him for much of September but “after almost a month in the ICU, he’s been moved out to a less urgent floor. Praise God for that.”
