Thursday

during disasters. I made lifelong friends (all retired, now). They truly do that work to help people. Plus, the full-timers aren't a large contingent, which is why they call up reservists to assist. Am sure the letter was intended to be a sincere effort to correct serious inadequacies. But no well-meaning advice from experienced personnel is welcome in this ship of fools.
