And even if he did, he wouldn't care. Bullies love to punch down on the vulnerable, the voiceless, the less than. It's a daily sport and feeds the man's fragile ego. It's what his whole damn Administration is about:

I'm King and I will crush you if I so desire.

Agent Orange needs a reminder--wrecking balls swing both ways.
