5. When she brought up the Epstein-Reid Hoffman connection, I looked up

Hoffman to learn more about him. Was surprised to find how he has supported Dem causes, and is one of the few who admitted his Epstein link. A couple items on Wikipedia:

-- In September 2023, the Wall Street Journal reported that Hoffman visited Epstein's private island for a weekend in 2014. Hoffman claimed that the purpose of the meeting was to raise funds for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and that he regretted interacting with Epstein.

-- Hoffman helped fund E. Jean Carroll’s lawsuit for defamation and battery against Donald Trump. (The New York Times, April 13, 2023)

So Hoffman isn't on the WH favorites list. And it's a good example of how this crowd will twist or exaggerate facts to beat up their opponents.
