97. Not really. Covering thoroughly means when you go to their main web page, you will see a story about it.

This apparently happened on Saturday. As of this morning, there was nothing on the main page at MSNBC, FOX, NY Times, Washington Post, AP, News Nation, CBS News, NBC News, or USA Today. They may have had stories on it, but you have to dig on their websites to find them.

The only 2 outlets I found with a story on their main page were CNN & ABC News, and on CNN it was near the very bottom of the page. ABC News was the only outlet that had a story anywhere near the top of their main page.

That's not remotely close to "covering it pretty thoroughly". More like ignoring it as much as they can get away with.
