It will go to the same uses most other bailout/loan monies for right-wing Argentine regimes, over the past 45 years, have gone to:

To finance the dollarization and offshoring of peso assets by both local elites and foreign fly-by-night speculators - such as J.P. Morgan and (guess what?) Scott Bessent.

(who also reportedly keeps a mistress down there, by the way)
