People are actively fighting back. Running them out of their neighborhoods. It's happening all the time.
What you seem to be saying is to just lay down and take it and let them do whatever they want and we are still, for now, a nation of laws and we still have rights and I'm going to do everything I can, within the bounds of the law, to resist.
