there will be a move to monopolies, such as; Krasnov will bail out the Big farms but let the small farms go broke. There will be an oligarch in charge of Big Farma, he/she will be protected by Krasnov and in return Krasnov will receive a % of the profits.

There will be oligarchs in charge of every industry. Of course the number of billionaires will have to be greatly reduced, only the strong will be in charge. There will be an oligarch in charge of communications who will speak with a single message. Krasnov may even call him the Minister of Truth?
