Most of the billionaires know exactly what they are dealing with, and I would be shocked if most of them are not implementing exit plans, if those plans are not in place already. Every billionaire is aware of what happened to Russian oligarchs when Putin took over. None of them want to be America’s Khoderkovsky.

I also suspect that the significant majority of major corporations have a “flight plan”.

They are hedging their risk in case things go really bad. What is everyone else doing?
