Trump sued for libel just now. Lisa Rubin says it's a shiny object [View all]
I guess he actually did it, but according to Lisa Rubin, a legal analyst on MSNBC, it's a "shiny object." If it doesn't get dismissed, he will have to go through discovery and much more information will come out. Ms. Rubin says that she thinks the WSJ has much more to reveal, and it will all come out if trump proceeds.
