The continued use of the name will politically doom them.
Look at ACORN, if you need an example.
The other political hit against them is that they are a non-partisan charitable organization.
In this era of rabid political polarization, Planned Parenthood will be on the chopping block for a) not "bending the knee" and complying with current political values and b) being considered a redundant service provider to a more acceptable (and profitable) politically linked service provider
