Also, he didn't rule on birthright citizenship, but the technicality. That ruling is next year. A couple of weeks ago, they ruled on if a federal judge can strike down the law nationwide. 6-3 said no, only in states that are challenging.
Had they struck down birthright citizenship, then no federal judge "could file a class action suit against his ruling." Because then it would be the law of the land. The SC is the final say. Like I said, next year they rule on it.
You're right about the 67 vote majority. When was the last time we had that many?

With the majority, you can do away with the filibuster with a simple rule passed by Rules Committee.

Um, the President doesn't just appoint justices. They have to be confirmed by the Senate.
