10. I'd say weaponizing the IRS against Trump's "enemies" is absolutely on the "to-do list."

Back in the days when Trump was just a "seemingly" benign clown...when he had a big mouth but we really didn't know a lot of the details of his personal life that we know now...I DID read one of his books. I was self-employed, reading every sales book I could get my hands on, because when you're self-employed, you ARE your "sales force."

Anyway...the book did have a chapter on "revenge," and it went on at length, obsessively preaching its importance.

Later, I realized that had a chapter OR a lengthy screed on the "importance of revenge" in every one of his books. And it was all about hitting your opponents back 10 times harder than the first punch they threw at you.

For DECADES, he'd get sued, then counter-sue.

So when he had the weight of the government behind him after getting elected, he was already a seasoned, confrontational scumbag.
