76. That part confused me. I definitely understant why Musk wants access to

this material, but I don't understand why it would interest Russian intel or anybody else in Russia.

I thought at one point they were saying that Starlink is so porous that Russia almost automatically gains access to anything it picks up or detects, and that it was as if Russia automatically chases any data going into Starlink.

But there was something about "accounts". Musk and DOGE created new accounts, and those accounts were the ones accessed by Russia?

There are some brilliant minds here at DU; anybody think they understand what is going on here--both the Russian interest AND WTF Musk is doing with this info?
