16. These states don't have any money to do the kinds of things needed for recovery.

Thursday

They don’t even have the money for basic services that those of us who live in blue states and pay high taxes for have.

My H worked for NYS DOB and would meet people from other state’s DOB’s. They literally would tell them how they wished they had the money to have the programs states like NY has.

I’d feel sorry for those effected accept the majority in their state’s voted for this.
