Sales of the recall-plagued vehicle have fallen below the 250K in annual sales Musk predicted and it has become the focal point of global protests. It's right up there with the Edsel (for those of us old enough to remember).

This comes after Musk's $20 million losing bet on the pro-Trump candidate for the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Tesla reported the biggest sales drop ever, falling 13% in the first quarter while its No 1 rival grew revenue by 60% for the same period.. Now there are rumors the White House may be giving Musk the boot.
