anyone else is name only. They say chief of staff holds the power of what gets done in the white house, I remember hating Rahm for awhile because he crushed single payer healthcare.

In Trumps first time his many chiefs stopped a lot of stupid things why he got only loyalists now.

But it's obvious Musk is it but he didn't want the title or desk job, he wanted the power while free to come and go.
