And austerity for the workers. Well, it started that way. It later became an attack on the American oligarchs and their excessive wealth and power in government. And they were right. The oligarchs, the Wall street filthy-rich, were/are a tyrantical force supporting a f*cking pedo idiot and his drug addled monkey.

At least Occupy is newer than the Nazi movement and fascist ideology. Even the very stupid Libertarians are older than Occupy. So making fun of it's age is kind of nonsensical.

A movement will bring attention to the destruction of our government. May wake people up. They are in the midst of shock. Read the shock doctrine by Naomi Kline. She explains it. She focuses on economic shock but it applies to any social destabilizing force. It causes paralysis, stun silence, shock. It's what the Dems and the majority of citizens are going through now.
