IN THE STATES: Democrats Fight Back Against Trump and MAGA Republicans Plans To Make Americans Lives Harder
Today, the DNC, DCCC, and DSCC filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump, Attorney General Pam Bondi, the Federal Election Commission (FEC), and its Commissioners in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in response to Trumps executive order falsely claiming the White House has total power to dictate legal positions taken by the FEC and other independent agencies. Americans deserve free and fair elections, and Trump and Republicans shouldnt get to dictate the rules.
