6. Wasn't it mostly (or exclusively) Trump's steel tariffs that they kept?

And I think there were some steel tariffs in place even before Trump. The argument was that they were needed on national security grounds, which at least is a good reason. Some of Trump's tariffs were really ill-advised, particularly those on agricultural products.
