I seem to recall that a few years back that a senior employee of the IRS had leaked the information, at least in part? And that employee had faced both civil and criminal consequences (not the least of which included loss of employment)?

I can't recall when or where I read that. Or if it seemed the source had a reputation of reliable sources and info?

Does anyone else know?
