Government-issued checks require you to have a bank account. Government paycheck for Congress members requires direct deposit bank accounts.

Recent research posits Johnson has no known bank account in any paperwork that he has been required to file.

Where does his money go?

Maybe this explains why his first bill grants aid to Israel, BUT to fund it, he wants to take the same amount away from the IRS.
