Keep in mind she is and always has been a hawk, just like her father. Its part of why she was so at odds with the so-called Freedom Caucus, and has particular animosity for Rand Paul.
Is she correct? Well the taliban is bigger and better armed than ever before since our withdrawal
but there doesnt seem to be any evidence this has enhanced any threat to America so on a practical level for us. The consequences are felt by Aghan citizens and whether thats our responsibility or not depends on your world view and what you think our international role should actually be.
I think attempting to thread a connection between Afghanistan and whats happening in Israel/Palestine is pretty tenuous at best. These situations, other than their shared religious roots, seem pretty unrelated.
