I'm sure the honorable Mr Jeffries would be more than willing to work with them to pass bipartisan legislation.

Any member can declare the speaker vacant. 6 Republicans and the dems can remove one.

Six Republicans and the dems can elect a new speaker and new leadership

Six Republicans and dems can pass bipartisan legislation.
