8. Yes it does not excuse. You cannot claim an insanity defense when you are drunk or using drugs.

If you take drugs of your own volition and murder someone, you are guilty of murder.

You took the drugs or drank the booze knowing the consequences.

Yes I am not making excuses. I am just pointing out the various psychopathology
of all the criminals we are talking about.

Trump cannot claim an insanity defense either. He is a long time cocaine and adderall abuser.
And he is a ruthless narcissistic sociopath, and people with personality disorders cannot use
insanity as a defense.
