For background:
1) bought a GSK drug patent for $5 million that GSK said was a failed drug
2) took a failed clinical trial from GSK, put his mom on it to repeat the trial (she was an Indian doctor)
3)SURPRISE!!! It works
4) Go IPO
5) He and his mom get $300 million
6) they cash out REAL FAST
7) everyone else loses when the stock crashed 99.7% IN ONE DAY because it failed FDA trials

Should be in jail
