the Judge is looking at two trials, one with Chez and Powell and possibly Eastman which would start in October and another trial with the remaining 16 going on trial together at a later date. The Judge is giving the State one more chance to convince him that it should be just one trial with all 19 to be held in October but it didn't sound like he sees that as favorable.
