What does "HUANs" mean? [View all]

I sometimes read Twitter posts from a right wing extremist whose media name is "nutnfancy." A couple days ago he posted a Tweet saying that Biden and Ds will win big in 2024 (sounds good so far). He also said that the USA will rapidly decay as a result, and that "HUANs" will be the cause of that decline.

Does anyone know what "HUANs" are? I can't find a relevant definition on Urban Dictionary, Google searches, or even on FR. Thanks.
