part of the problem, providing advice to the homeowners of our small Association in order to protect his large paying client, the City and the attorneys who were sued by a developer. They never explained their conflict of interest. We were played every step of the way because we believe lawyers would never think about crossing an ethical gray line.

This is Florida and there is a lot rotten that goes on around here. Walking around like this just doesn't happen isn't going to cut it. Time to publicly analyze what happened, because maybe if we could have discussed it back then, things wouldn't have gotten as bad in Florida, as it has.
