In reply to the discussion: Someone just said on MSNBC, no one wants to really see Trump go to jail tonight [View all]AverageOldGuy
(3,160 posts)81. It's about an attempted coup
In every other country that I know of, anyone who attempts a coup and fails suffers one of three fates.
1. Execution. Sometimes on the spot.
2. Jail. For a long time.
3. Exile. Tossed out of the country and never allowed to return.
I'm a big fan of #1 because it ensures that least the person who is executed will not try it again.
#2 and #3 are okay because in prison or in exile, a hit can be arranged.

OP
I think the Judge is being respectful to Trump by talking to his lawyers first

Maybe she is afraid if she sees Trump she will reach across her desk and slap him silly.

Yes on Jan 6 she was very frustrated and said she wanted to punch Trump in the face.

I know as a verified fact that that is untrue. If no one else wants him jailed, I do!
