immediately, though he'd certainly be emboldened to do many things he'd wanted but was afraid he couldn't get away with before. Apparently that's the usual when lawless authoritarians are empowered by the "mandate" of reelection.

He'd certainly go after undocumented immigrants immediately again, and other vulnerable, less protected targets. It'd start getting the nation accustomed to seeing government thugs take people away and remain mostly unaccountable. The killing spree he started of death row inmates in federal prisons reportedly left a few dozen still to go, and it's believed most would be dead if he'd won a second term. Low hanging (strange) fruit for him to enjoy his power with.
