These idiots choose to be angry and outraged first, and look for a target second. It could literally be ANY film, tv show, book, song, magazine article, commercial, sporting event, etc. If the Barbie movie never existed the same exact chuckle-fucks would be screaming the same exact way about some different thing at the same exact moment. Their need to be loud and obnoxious is the root cause, it's got nothing to do with the subject of their yammering.
