Remember that many if not all, are probably hoping he gets convicted and has to drop out. They are vying for his base. They cannot win the primary without appealing to the MAGA crowd so they will all say they will pardon him for this "miscarriage of justice" and "abuse of power" while secretly hoping he goes down hard.
