13. possibly - I know Australia and New Zealand felt the effects of that one

Its possible that disruption ended up triggering some of those atmospheric rivers Cali got last winter. Meanwhile el nino is slowly building off the coast of peru. Could have been that incipient el nino that triggered those rivers too.

Warmer air is holding so much more H2O vapor these days due to climate change, could just be random increased rain simply from warming.
