15. Arrest Warrant

California needs to issue an arrest warrant for DeSantis. Newsome accurately points out the California statute specifies "fraud" to relocate someone is one definition of kidnapping.

Because they crossed state lines this should be federal. DOJ and the FBI need to investigate.
